I keep thinking that today I am going to blog, and in the next couple days do the same, but it never happens.
We are doing great. Lincoln is doing wonderful. He started going to a new sitter on August 11th. She is wonderful. He really seems to enjoy going to her house every morning of the week. She goes on walks with him, takes him outside to enjoy what God has blessed us with. Her grandaughters come over about every day after school, to visit her and play with Lincoln. We feel blessed to have her watching Lincoln.
The past month has been a month of learning to crawl, starting to pull up, saying ma ma, and da da, among many other wonderful things. He loves to suck in his top lip, which is quite funny. He is also starting to blow raspberries again. He went through time when he did it early on, but hadn't for a while.
When we go to put Lincoln in his car seat he isn't the biggest fan anymore. Once he is in, he is okay, but sometimes getting him in is a treat (he likes to arch his back, which makes putting him in very difficult). He also seems to have found that he likes to shake his head 'no', especially when you go to put him in is seat.
Lincoln is doing extremely well with eating his big boy food. He has been eating mac n cheese, ham and veggies, mixed veggies, apples and chicken, broccoli and chicken, just to name a few. Now of course they are the baby food jar mixes, but he is doing very well with them. We sit together as a family to eat, which I absolutely love. Last evening we finished feeding him and gave him food on his tray, boy did he love that.
WHAT FUN!!!!! This has been a month of fair going as well. We went to the State Fair with Mike and Page, and Lincoln stayed with his Uncle Brett, Aunt Amy, and the girls. He had a wonderful day with them. We went again the next week, and took Lincoln with us. We spent time in the horse barn, watching horse shows, and going around the fair grounds once. He was very well behaved-- took his nap, played with Grandad, looked at the animals (he doesn't seem as interested in them, unless they are moving).
Last night we gave Lincoln a bath, but it was a little different than normal. I put my suit on, and got in the big tub with him. It was load of fun. He really seemed to enjoy being out of his little tub.

Well I know there is so many other things to tell you all about our little man, and what we have been up to. I will have to make that a seperate blog. I will do my best to blog a little sooner. Lincoln is constantly moving now, so when we get a free moment we will be sure to blog. Talk to you all later! Here are a few more pictures for you to check out---
