Good evening, morning, afternoon, or whenever you are reading this. We are currently watching the Red Sox play--our friend Justin Masterson is pitching. We put Lincoln to bed about an hour ago. He was ready for bed at 800 but he likes to fight sleep some nights. He had a busy day today.
After spending the day with Miss Joey and going with her on her errands, he got the opportunity to go swimming. He had a blast. We signed him up last week for swim lessons. Brock found them at the exact right time. Lincoln got in the hot tub at Grandpa and Gram's house last weekend, and the pool at Miss Joey's one night after work-- and he loved it. So it just made since to sign him up for these lessons.
We arrived at the pool, changed and we hopped right in. The instructor arrive a little late, but that didn't matter, Lincoln kicked, splashed, shot the basketball, laughed, floated, and all sorts of things. Tonight was a night to get used to to water--well lets just say He Is Used To It!!!! He really enjoyed himself, even after swallowing the water a couple of times, he just kept on swimming. He really surprised himself when he would splash the water up in his face-- it was great-- he even got me a couple of times.
